Beer festival at Infopark
A real public festival, and the spirit of the Munich Octoberfest has come to Infopark, the innovation and technology park of the capital. IVG Hungary Ltd. And HGA Capital welcomed its tenants with classic German beers and the delicacies of the Bavarian cuisine.
True to their German roots IVG Hungary Ltd. and HGA Capital organized its traditional Oktoberfest event yet again this year. The scene of the beer festival, the field – or Wiesn’ as the people of Munich call it - was the central park of Infopark for the afternoon. Every characteristics of the German Oktoberfest was realized in a beer tent prepared for this occasion. Besides the six different brews prepared for Oktoberfest by the Munich-based beer factories, participants had the chance to taste the traditional Bavarian cuisine as well. The typical beer-pretzel, sausage, and the Bavarian cabbage have all made the repertoire.
The tenants of Infopark began to gather following the end of their workday to participate on the authentic interpretation of Europe’s largest event to honor beer. “Nearly 7000 people come to work at Infopark everyday. Most of our tenants have long-term lease contracts, and still we don’t really know enough about each other, about our neighbors. This event provides a great opportunity - besides having fun - to form new friendships and make new acquaintances.” – said Kay-Uwe Blandow, managing director of IVG Hungary Ltd.
