Building C of Infopark, with its characteristic facade, was handed over in 2005 with an area of 13,240 m2 to let.
In the same year the office building was awarded the prizes for best office project of the year by CIJ (regional real estate trade journal) and the Hungarian trade journal "Ingatlan & Befektetés". As part of a real estate portfolio, in 2006 IVG sold the building to the German real estate fund HGA. In 2009 IVG has been assigned by HGA Capital investment company to manage its office buildings in Budapest, included the Infopark building C.
