IVG Hungary Ltd. is the subsidy of IVG Immobilien AG, one of the major real estate companies of Europe. We are present in Hungary since 1998 and the company’s scope of activity consists of real estate investment, development and asset management.
We have carried out significant developments in Budapest in the value of more than 150 million Euros. The 11 “A” category office buildings and the other buildings under our management provide a total of 130 thousand m2 rentable area. IVG Hungary Ltd. manages assets worth nearly 250 million Euros.
Our most famous development is the Infopark innovation and technology park with its seven buildings in South-Buda. The renovation and expansion of the former German embassy building, now called StefániaPark and the partly renovated and partly developed RiverPark offices buildings on the Pest side of the Danube-bank - where the first business headquarters of old Budapest regained its splendor - are among our important results from recent years.
