IVG’s most significant and famous development in Hungary has been the development of InfoPark consisting of seven office buildings in South-Buda.
Most recently the renovation and expansion of the former German embassy building, now known as StefániaPark, and the renovation and re-development of RiverPark offices on the Pest side of the Danube bank are among just a few IVG’s landmark projects in the City.
IVG Hungary Ltd. has laid a great emphasis on environmental conscious solutions both in technologies and construction materials. As a result of this policy Infopark E is the first building in Hungary which has achieved the internationally recognized green building certification system, the LEED Silver (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
