Building I of Infopark, also called as Central Services building, was handed over in 2002. Most of the service providers of the office park are located in the ground-floor business premises of the office building:

With the office space on the upper floors included, the office building offers an area of about 8,187 m2 to let. As part of a real estate portfolio, in 2006 IVG sold the building to the German real estate fund HGA. In 2009 IVG has been assigned by HGA Capital investment company to manage its office buildings in Budapest, included the Infopark building I.
