National Instruments Hungary Kft. has relocated into LEED-certified Infopark Building E. National Instruments, market leader in the field of measurement, control, and automation occupied its office new area of 1,500 m2 at the end of January 2012. With this lease contract the occupancy level of the office building rose to 75%.
The subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, Pannon Naftagas Ltd. and the Swedish innovative information solution provider Sigma Kudos are moving to RiverPark office building. The two companies are going to rent more than 650 m2 office space in the A category office building complex.
While things are quiet on the construction front at property d e v e l o p m e n t company IVG Hungary too, CEO Kay-Uwe Blandow is focusing his attention primarily on letting and the property and asset management of the firm’s existing properties, as well as the acquisition of long-term property investments for the institutional property funds of IVG Hungary’s parent company.
